Yes. In today’s economic situation, who’s credit doesn’t have a few bumps and bruises? Having banged up credit will not necessarily prevent you from qualifying for a Spring Water Financial loan. Even if you have been turned down by other lenders in the past, we may be able to provide you with a convenient credit option that fits your needs.
You will receive an email notification once your application has been accepted. Spring Water Financial reserves the right to make adjustments to your approval until the time you receive the funds in your bank account based on new information regarding your application.
Loan funds will be available the next business day. Loans completed on Fridays are generally available the following Monday. Bank holidays may extend the time it takes to receive funds by one additional business day. Same-day funding may be requested in advance for loans that have completed processing by 10AM PST.
* The exact time of funding depends on when your bank will post ACH (Automated Clearing House) credits to your bank account. If you expect to receive funds on a certain day, but do not see the funds in your bank account, you should contact your bank’s ACH department. To update your bank information, you should contact our Customer Service Team, please call at 877.284.5506. Please make all information changes at least two business days before your due date.
For your protection, please do not email debit card or bank information to our Collections Department. Please call us at 877.284.5569 if you would like to set up a payment via debit card or any other method.
We prefer to use services like Decision Logic to verify banking information or we can conduct a 3-way call with your bank.
You must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements at 877.284.5569. If your debit is returned unpaid from the bank for any reason, we will contact you to set up manageable payments. Spring Water Financial views all of its customers as partners. We want to assist you in repaying your loan and maintaining a positive experience with us! Payments that are returned and/or seven (3) more days past due will incur a $25 late fee and/or a $40 NSF charge.
After making a payment in full, you may apply for a new loan at any time. However, we cannot issue a new loan until payment from your previous loan clears our bank, which usually takes three business days. Please call our customer service team 877.284.5506 and we will setup a three way call with your bank to confirm your payment cleared. Once requested, your new funds will deposit to your bank account the business day after payment clears.
ACH stands for Automated Clearing House and is a form of electronic debit, which behaves much the same as a paper check. When we present an ACH request to your bank, it will send the specified amount of loan fees and/or principal to Spring Water Financial that was outlined in your loan agreement.
Spring Water Financial uses email to keep you informed of your approval, repayment reminders and confirmation, promotions and more. This makes it very important that you receive all email communication from Spring Water Financial concerning your account.

Your first Spring Water Financial loan is based upon the information you provide in your original application and what we learn from risk assessment companies. We offer first time customers up to $800. After successful loan repayment, we may increase your loan amount on future loans.

If you cannot make your loan payment, you must contact us immediately at 877.284.5569 to set up payment arrangements. We will always attempt to work with you to settle your loan obligation.
Should you wish to revoke your ACH Authorization, please contact us first by phone at 877.284.5506 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then review other acceptable methods of repayment such as another bank account, cashier’s checks, money order, or debit card.
